The short answer to how we scout is: We hire professionals While porn performers and porn producers do make the job look very easy, the fact is that the job is very tasking. There are countless tweets from male and female performers alike who vouch for the fact that being a porn performer is a job that requires very special skills. Male performers, especially have a very difficult job. Male performers are required to maintain an erection on and off for several hours with hot lights beating down on them and often times with dozens of strangers nearly inches away from their naked body. The Male talent must be able to perform sex acts in a manner that displays both his and his partners' sex organs so that they are visible from certain camera angles. It is very beneficial if the male talent has an above average size penis so that his gut does not block the shot from the camera or when he is a few inches inserted that it doesn't cover his entire penis shaft. The male talent should also be somewhat limber so that he can extend his legs and hips in a manner that gives the camera operator vision of the sex acts happening. It requires a great deal of attention for male talent to maintain an erection and provide visual for adult entertainment. I know it seems as though that would be easy since you, sitting behind your computer in the privacy of your home as you seemingly easily maintain an erection for hours. Being at home is not the same as being on set with all the conditions I have mentioned. Also, the chemistry between male and female while on set is very much different than what you will see in the finished product. I will not go into the great detail of what is required from a male performer. No matter what I tell you, if you are overly confident, you're going to think nothing will affect you and you could easily do the job without any issue....fair enough, kudos to you, you would be the first male in human history to never have an issue getting a natural erection under the extreme conditions on a porn set. You are a unicorn! The conditions of porn do not affect how we cast. What does affect how we cast is the talent experience or resume. I can not think of any professional job that will hire people without prior experience.Evolved Fights is an entertainment website. We exist solely for the purpose of entertaining. We are not an escort agency; We do not facilitate a man to "hook up" with their favorite porn star. I do not have legal expertise nor do I wish to invest any finances for the legal issues behind providing fans a way to fuck their favorite porn star. I am willing to make this post to give you a blueprint of how you can help yourself get into the industry if you are so inclined. Once you feel confident enough to produce your own porn video. I recommend filming yourself, either solo or with a paid/consenting partner. I'm assuming if you have gotten this far, you will have already researched via the resources I provided, how to legally an ethically get other performers to participate in films with you. I recommend viewing your own porn video to see if you have been successful in performing on film in a manner that allows the audience to see what is going on. You can create a pornhub channel for yourself and upload your videos there. These videos will act somewhat like a demo reel. You can send your channel to Adult Talent Agents when you go to find an Agent to represent you. It is highly recommended that you get a talent agent. The agent will help you weed through time-wasting bookings inquiries, they will help you get good headshots and they will be more of the Hand Holders that I believe you have mistaken me to be. It is not my position to teach people how to get into the industry. My job is the step AFTER you have already gotten in and proven that you can perform. Much as I wish I could be on EF, this is more or less what I would expect you to say on the subject. I am curious about one thing, though; what did you mean when you said “the chemistry between male and female on set is very different from what you see in the finished product?”
